    Everything You Need to Know About Proxxon

    What is the main difference between LWB/E and LHW/E?

    LWB (Long-neck angle drill) features higher RPM and a chuck. It is perfect for cutting with Butterfly discs on a shank. LHW (Long-neck angle grinder) is more robust, designed for grinding and discs with a 9.6 mm bore.

    Do Butterfly discs fit both machines?

    Shank-mounted discs (3 mm) fit the LWB. For the LHW, you need the version with a 9.6 mm internal bore, which mounts directly onto the spindle.
