Invisible Revision System: The End of Plastic Access Doors
The Invisible Revision System is designed for premium bathroom projects where visual integrity is a priority. It allows you to hide access points for bathtub siphons, water shut-off valves, or cisterns directly behind a matching piece of tile. The result is a seamless surface where only you know where the access point is located.
💡 Professional Practical Insight In modern tiling, plastic access doors are a thing of the past. An invisible magnetic or tip-on system is now the industry standard. For the necessary precise tile cutouts, I highly recommend using our Proxxon precision tools to ensure the joint remains uniform and minimal.
✅ Key Benefits
- Design Integrity: Maintains a continuous tile pattern without visible frames.
- Versatility: Choice between magnetic (suction cup) or Tip-on (push) opening systems.
- Durability: Made from high-quality materials that won't yellow or crack over time.
⚠️ Points to Note
- Cut Precision: Requires an absolutely precise cutout for the mechanism to function correctly.
- Professional Install: The frame must be securely bonded to the back of the tile for long-term reliability.
Frequently Asked Questions – Invisible Revision System
What is the purpose of the revision system?
It allows you to hide revision openings (e.g., bathtub siphons, water valves) directly behind the tiling – without a visible frame and without disrupting the bathroom's design.
How is it installed?
After cutting the opening, the system is bonded to the back of the outer frame. MS Polymer is then applied to the inner tile piece and bonded to the installed mechanism.
How do the panels open?
There are two variants: using a suction cup (attach and pull) or tip-on (push – the panel pops out and can be removed from the magnets).
