⚙️ JJTD Precision Cutting System
When you're working on a high-end bathroom, every extra joint counts. Traditional access doors are out; invisible tiled joints are in. But cutting them "freehand" is risky. Our template serves as a solid guide. Stick it to a dry tile and cut with surgical precision. You save time by skipping the measuring phase and, most importantly, you won't ruin the visible edge of the tile.
🛠️ PRO TIP for Installation: When cutting along the template, we recommend slightly grinding the inner edge of the tile (creating an inward miter/bevel). This ensures the access panel has enough clearance when tilting open and won't hit the surrounding tiles, even with a joint under 1 mm.
💡 My Philosophy: The Tiler’s Way We used to struggle with this, marking tiles and then cleaning them. This template is the result of our field experience. It pairs perfectly with our hidden magnetic access system. Grab a Proxxon and put on your Wussow gloves, and you'll create an access panel so clean the customer will only find it if you tell them where it is.

Questions From the Jobsite
Will the template peel off when cutting with water?
The adhesive is moisture-resistant. If applied to a dry tile, it will withstand normal water cooling during diamond saw cutting.
Which tool is best for cutting with this template?
For the cleanest results, we recommend a Proxxon LHW/LWB or an angle grinder with a high-quality thin diamond blade.
Do I need to cut exactly along the edge?
Yes, the template is 1:1 scale. Following the edge ensures the perfect space for magnets and a minimal joint.
