FLASH LINE FL3 – Large Format Tile Cutter with Three Scoring Wheels

FL3 is Montolit’s first tile cutter equipped with a special head featuring three “Titanium” scoring wheels of different diameters (8, 12, and 20 mm).
Each material can be matched with the most suitable wheel for optimal cutting results.

IMPORTANT: The cutter is primarily designed for thin slabs with a thickness of 4–8 mm.
When cutting thicker slabs (8–15 mm), breakage may not always be successful—it depends on the quality and manufacturing technology of the ceramic slab. For thicker tiles, we recommend testing the cutter beforehand, or using the MASTERPIUMA P3 manual tile cutter for tiles up to 155 cm in length.

For cutting thicker large-format slabs, the motorized cutter 300-FL-MOTO is available, offering the same 3.4 m cutting length and up to 2 cm cutting depth. If you already own the manual Flash Line cutter, you can purchase just the 300-FL-MOTO-PU motor unit and use the existing guide rails.

The FL3 cutter is assembled from three aluminum guide rails, each 120 cm long, which can be easily joined to create a 360 cm guide with a 340 cm cutting length. It can also be used in shorter configurations with one or two rails, and additional rails can be added to extend the cutting length as needed.

Cutting is performed using one of three interchangeable titanium scoring wheels—240T, 241T, and 242T-FL3—mounted on a rotating head:

• 240T (8 mm) – ideal for delicate, glossy ceramic or glass surfaces

• 241T (12 mm) – for porcelain tiles and matte, slightly textured ceramic

• 242T-FL3 (20 mm) – for porcelain tiles with heavily textured matte surfaces

The special cutting carriage with wheels moves precisely along the extruded aluminum rail.
Breaking the tile is done using Art. 56RJ breaking pliers, which are adjustable based on the material type and thickness.

The Flash Line FL3 cutter is lightweight, easy to transport, and ideal for use in tight workspaces. A durable nylon carrying case with a strong shoulder strap protects the tool and ensures safe, convenient transport.
