The CJ115 JOLLYMONT diamond blade is designed for cutting and finishing of stone horns (jolly).
The diamond ring has a height of 25 mm and is specially shaped to make the cut as fine and fast as possible. It is ideal for cutting classic stoneware horn (max 0,5-1 mm to glaze). For final finishing to the tip, the FLEXIMONTGG wheel is suitable as it is finer and minimises the risk of chipping the glaze.

The JOLLYMONT wheel is suitable for use on sintered tiles, ceramics, natural stone, cotto and thin-walled large format tiles (thickness 3-6 mm).
As one of the few discs, it is also suitable for dry cutting thick-walled ceramic tiles (thickness 2 cm), where conventional discs overheat and cut very slowly.

The use of the wheel causes clogging of the diamond grains and the cutting speed may slow down. To clean and refresh the blade, we recommend reviving the blade.

The JOLLYMONT wheel is suitable for cutting and light refinishing. Only for grinding larger amounts of material, diamond coated wheels (PE, PEBS and STL) are more suitable.

When JOLLYMONT is used mainly and predominantly for grinding, it is subject to rapid and uneven wear, which can significantly shorten the life of the wheel or even damage it.
