🛠️ Expert Tip: Achieving an Invisible Joint
When creating inspection openings in tiles, the biggest enemy is the "radius of movement." If you cut the opening perfectly perpendicular (at 90°), the panel might hit the edge of the surrounding tiles when opening, especially with thicker materials.
Crucial step for installation:
When cutting according to the template, we recommend "slightly undercutting the internal edge of the tile (creating an inward bevel or chamfer)." This ensures that the access panel has enough clearance to tilt outwards without jamming, even with a joint under 1 mm.
