Can the plate be used with thin slim tiles?
Yes, our system is universal and can handle standard ceramic tiles as well as thin large-format (slim) tiles.
How do I access the flush mechanism in case of failure?
Just like with a standard button. Simply pop out the control tile to get full access to the inside of the cistern.
Do I get a template with the flush plate?
Yes, a self-adhesive template for a perfectly precise tile cutout is included in every package as a gift from us.
