A fast and convenient tool for edge and surface grinding of tile materials, thanks to the high density of abrasive flaps (50+50).
The FLEXIMONTGF diamond disc is ideal for smoothing glaze, chamfering or rounding edges, and finishing mitred corners (jolly edges).
The FLEXIMONT series discs are available in three grit levels:
FLEXIMONTGF (Grit 200)
For very fine grinding without chipping
Ideal for smoothing cuts in tiles with fragile or glossy glaze, where a factory-like visible edge is needed for grouting
Perfect for final finishing of mitred corners (jolly) in very delicate materials
Recommended for low-speed operation
FLEXIMONTGM (Grit 120)
For fine grinding without chipping
Suitable for smoothing cuts in tiles with matte or textured glaze, unglazed ceramics, and natural stone
Ideal for final finishing of jolly edges in porcelain tiles and wall claddings
FLEXIMONTGG (Grit 60)
For faster grinding of tiles and stone
Suitable for chamfering jolly edges in porcelain tiles and natural stone
Perfect for smoothing cut edges of unglazed tiles or natural stone
Recommended for high-speed grinding
