Den Braven Beton Fix is a heavy-duty anchoring and rapid-repair compound utilizing a styrene-free two-component polyester system. Unlike standard cement stěrky and patch products from regular hardware stores, it features absolute zero shrinkage during cure, forms a perfect moisture barrier, easily withstands freezing temperatures, and delivers multiple times the tensile strength of the concrete itself. The compound mixes perfectly automatically inside the included static mixing nozzle, completely eliminating tedious hand-weighing of resin and hardener in cups.

Tested in J&J Tile Design: We deploy this system during subfloor prep on any project where screed cracks are present. It is the only safe method for structural expansion stitching before applying liquid waterproofing membranes on balconies, terraces, and inside modern bathrooms.

🔧 Compatibility and System Integration

This rapid repair compound is fully integrated into the **J&J Tile Design** technical guidelines. Prior to application, we highly recommend widening and prepping the cracks using professional diamond blades like the **Montolit CG** or **CGX** (or the ultra-thin **BIHUI B-SPEEDY**). Once cured (approx. 25 minutes), easily grind down the hard excess ridge flush to absolute floor level (wet or dry) using a **Montolit DF120** diamond pad or a **CENTRUMFLEX** backing pad paired with a **Cool PAD grit #0 or #1**. This leaves you with a surgically clean, monolithic subfloor ready for a flawless installation of our hidden WC buttons or flush-mount ventilation profiles.
