Debbex Chemical Anchor POLYESTER (300 ml) – Anchoring system that won't crack masonry and holds without expansion pressure

Professional two-component styrene-free liquid injection anchor based on polyester resin. Designed for cost-effective and secure fastening of threaded rods, anchor bolts, sleeves, and steel beams in solid and hollow building materials. Unlike conventional wall plugs, it introduces zero expansion pressure into the base material, making it completely safe to use close to wall edges without any risk of cracking the brickwork.

🧱 Ideal for hollow bricks, aerated concrete & crumbly masonry
⚙️ Styrene-free – low odor formula customized for safe indoor jobs
🎁 Direct support from pros – talk anchoring details straight with a master tiler

💡 Why I selected this for our store?

"When you are anchoring into hollow bricks (like Porotherm), aerated gas concrete, or old crumbling walls, forget about classic plastic wall plugs. They will either spin out or chip your expensive tiles and plaster when tightened. I keep this polyester chemical anchor from Debbex in stock because it creates a perfect monolithic weld inside hollow materials, loading the base completely without mechanical strain. It’s a 100% reliable choice for indoor installations, plus you’ll love that it's completely styrene-free, so it won't burn your lungs when working inside a tight bathroom."

Tested in J&J Tile Design: We personally deploy this anchoring system whenever regular mechanical fasteners fail due to hollow sections or brittle walls. The injection mortar perfectly copies the internal structures and locks the threaded stud with maximum stability.

🛠️ Technical Tips (What's not written in the manual):
  • Cleaning the hole is law: If you don't perfectly blow out and brush the drilled hole, the chemical mortar will stick to the dust instead of the brick wall, and you'll pull the threaded rod out with your bare hands. Stick strictly to the pro rule: 2× blow, 2× brush, 2× blow.
  • The summer race against time: Keep in mind that at summer temperatures around 20 °C to 25 °C, the resin begins to gel after just 3 to 5 minutes. Have your threaded rods and mesh sleeves fully prepared in advance. Once you start dispensing from the cartridge, work continuously, otherwise the resin will harden inside the mixing nozzle.
  • Discard the first shot: Never inject the first approx. 10 cm of mortar from a new mixing nozzle into the hole. The components in this initial dose are not 100% mixed yet (you'll notice an uneven, streaky color). Pump it onto a piece of cardboard until a purely uniform grey mass comes out.
🔍 System Integration & Compatibility: This repair and anchoring system is fully integrated into the official J&J Tile Design workflows. For tight and clean scraping of excess squeezed resin around threaded studs flush with the floor or wall, our KW Stěrka Jolly EDGE is an excellent tool. If you need to mechanically slice off or clean up cured resin overflow, our replacement Čepel na Jolly blades will get it done perfectly. Before applying any waterproofing sheets or liquid membranes near anchor points, always degrease and de-dust the area using pro **UltraGrime Multiuse** wipes.
✅ Main Benefits
  • No expansion pressure: Allows safe anchoring close to wall edges, corners, or dilation lines without the risk of splitting the base material.
  • Standard 300 ml format: No need for expensive specialized caulking guns. You can easily squeeze the cartridge using any standard silicone gun from our range.
  • Low odor (Styrene-free): An eco-friendly formulation tailored for safe indoor applications, residential flats, and unventilated bathrooms.
⚠️ What to watch out for
  • Not for permanently wet holes: The polyester base is not designed for underwater anchoring or constantly flooded drill holes (reach for vinylester instead in those cases).
  • Rapid curing: A very short open time requires lightning-fast, well-coordinated workflow without any technical pauses.
  • Nozzle consumption: During prolonged work interruptions (over 3 minutes), the material hardens in the mixer tip, and the nozzle must be discarded.

Questions from the Field (FAQ)

Can I use this chemical anchor for anhydrite or gypsum substrates?
Yes, Debbex chemical anchor adheres to all mineral substrates. However, with gypsum and anhydrite elements, it is absolutely essential to remove 100% of the fine gypsum dust by blowing it out after drilling, as gypsum dust severely reduces the adhesion of the resin.
Do I need to use a plastic mesh sleeve in solid concrete or solid brick?
Never use a mesh sleeve in solid materials. Plastic or metal sleeves are designed exclusively for hollow materials (e.g., hollow Porotherm bricks), where they keep the mortar clustered around the threaded rod so it doesn't leak into the brick cavities. In solid concrete, a sleeve degrades the installation – there, the mass is pumped directly from the bottom of the cleaned hole.
If I don't use up the entire 300 ml tube at once, do I have to throw the rest away?
Not at all. After finishing your job, just leave the used mixing nozzle screwed onto the tube. The material inside it will harden, creating a perfect airtight plug. Next time you want to anchor, simply unscrew the old tip, clean the cartridge neck, put on a fresh clean mixing nozzle, and you are good to go.
🎁 J&J Tile Design Guarantee: Standing on site, holding a crumbling brick, and not sure about the correct sleeve size or drill diameter to prevent your structure from collapsing? Just give us a call. You won’t talk to a call center agent; we will connect you directly with a professional master tiler who will solve your anchoring detail immediately based on real trade experience.
