- Surface preparation is 90% of success: Before squeezing the glue, roughen the surface with a sanding pad or diamond hand pad and degrease with pure acetone. Epoxy won't hold on dust or grease.
- Mix thoroughly for 30 seconds: The dual syringe dispenses 1:1, but complete mixing in a mixing tray is mandatory, otherwise the bond remains rubbery in places.
- Watch out for summer heat: At temperatures above 25 °C, the reaction speeds up under 2 minutes. Have everything dry-fitted beforehand!
