The Butterfly wheel has a unique design and numerous advantages over electroplated wheels. It is made from a solid 0.6mm thick diamond layer that provides a minimal cutting width and a super clean edge. Due to its high rigidity, the wheel does not deflect when cutting, yet its 45 mm diameter makes it very manoeuvrable. The main advantage of the solid diamond layer is its high durability and stable performance over time, which galvanic wheels lack.
With this tool you can carry out very fine work on porcelain stoneware such as buttons, hatches, covers, furniture and decorative elements.
The Butterfly wheel is used when working with a water supply.
