J&J TILE DESIGN: Airflow Without Compromise

Every detail of our "invisible cover" is engineered not to hinder fan performance. The system is tested for gap aerodynamics, ensuring sufficient moisture extraction even for high-performance units. Trust the J&J Tile Design technical standard to transform a functional element into a unique design piece.

💡 Professional Practical Insight Plastic grilles yellow over time and collect dust, which looks unsightly. This cover allows you to use a tile offcut, making the fan practically vanish into the surface. For precise finishing of the tile edges, I recommend using Proxxon tools.

⚙️ Technical Info and Installation

The fan cover consists of a mounting chassis fixed to the fan body and a front plate for tile bonding. Thanks to magnetic attachment, the front plate can be removed at any time for cleaning or motor maintenance. The system is compatible with most standard 100 mm and 125 mm bathroom fans.

We recommend a perimeter gap of at least 4–5 mm during installation to ensure optimal airflow and prevent noise increase.

✅ Key Benefits
  • End of plastics: No yellowing grilles on your wall.
  • Magnetic attachment: Easy access to the fan filter.
  • Versatility: Use any tile offcut from your bathroom.
⚠️ Points to Note
  • Fan performance: Ensure the gap is sufficient for the airflow.
  • Tile weight: Use caution with extremely heavy materials.
  • Maintenance: Don't forget to clean the internal filter.

Frequently Asked Questions – Fan Cover

Will it reduce ventilation performance?
As long as the recommended 5 mm gap is maintained, fan performance remains virtually unchanged. The gap area matches a standard grille.
How do I access the fan behind the tile?
Easily. The front panel is held by strong neodymium magnets. Just gently remove the panel for instant cleaning access.
